Ocean County Powersports in Toms River is growing our team. We are seeking a motivated, energetic and results-oriented sales professional with experience in the motorcycle or automobile industry. With five major brands of motorcycles, ATVs and side by sides including Honda, Suzuki, Polaris, Can-Am and Husqvarna, this position provides a Sales Associate with great earning potential. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the entire purchasing experience
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers, building long-term relationships
• Maintaining up to date product knowledge across all brands
• Meeting monthly sales goal/quota

Successful candidates will possess:

• Sales experience preferred, not required
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to negotiate
• Ability to conduct business professionally
• Ability to consistently maximize sales opportunities
• Customer service experience required
• Motorcycle license is strongly preferred
• Must be willing to work Saturdays (5 day work week)
